‘Be Fit.’ High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the ultimate fitness session within which you will work all the muscles of your body during a 45 minute session. Every week our sessions vary with different exercises and formats to keep you guessing what is coming next!
Please note each session has a maximum of 14 participants in order to give you the full attention of your instructor which is not possible in large groups.

Block booking for six weeks of HIIT: £35.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to run HIIT sessions due to Covid-19 restrictions. However, we run a ‘HIIT at home’ class, via Zoom, every Monday at 6pm. No equipment is required to participate in the 35 minute session! Please contact us to take part or for further information.
