HiiT Training
‘Be Fit.’ High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the ultimate fitness session within which you will work all the muscles of your body during a 45 minute session. Every week our sessions vary with different exercises and formats to keep you guessing what is coming next!
Please note each session has a maximum of 15 participants in order to give you the full attention of your instructor which is not possible in large groups.
