Personal training at The Fitness Chamber is arguably the highest quality in Skipton within exceptional facilities.  Your personal trainer will motivate you towards your fitness goals but also educate and advise you on the best methods to sustain your goals, we have a strict zero fad policy. Our specialties are weight loss, improving your fitness and strength training. 

 

In our private studio there are no interruptions from other gym users trying to get your trainers attention. No intimidation of hearing the crashing of dumbbells in the weights area and listening to people grunting. No walking into a room full of fitness fanatics to feel like you are being watched. The training sessions are all about you in a comfortable, private environment. Your sessions are specifically planned, prior to your arrival as we genuinely care and think ahead about your progression.

 

Training sessions are available individually and in groups of two. Two to one training is available for friends, colleagues, couples or family members who have similar fitness goals. We advise you to contact us to arrange a free consultation in order to view The Chamber and more importantly, to discuss your training goals. Thus, we can schedule a method around your busy lifestyle in order for you to benefit the most from your training sessions with us.

Owner and trainer, Jamie Chambers, instructs all personal training sessions. Jamie has a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and over ten years experience as a Personal Trainer. If you require expert guidance and education, continual motivation and life changing results then this is the service that you require.
