Introduction to Strength Training
‘Be Strong.’ This four week course is designed for those who are looking to improve their physique, learn the key exercises and there variations in great detail, beginners looking for expert guidance or those who just need a general kick up the bum! All aspects of strength training shall be covered during the course in which you shall be competent within just four weeks.
Please note this session has a maximum of 6 participants per session.
