Facilities

Our equipment is from leading UK companies; BLK BOX, Watson, Primal, Strength Shop and Concept which are situated in a modern, state of the art training facility. We boast an abundance of weights, bars, machinery, accessories and cardiovascular equipment within which we can plan varied workouts for any fitness goal and for individuals of all abilities. You can train at ease in our private studio which has changing and bathroom facilities, whilst leaving your vehicle on the door step in our secure car park.

In September 2026 we launched The Fitness Chamber 2.0. We have increased our floor space by 2.5 times which has allowed us to host more classes, have more equipment, schedule gym visits and further evolve our community. If you are looking for a personalised, private gym experience then we offer that unique facility.
